About: Action Against Hunger
Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, in particular during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Safety and Ways of Existence – Water, Health, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :
Under the supervision of the Digital Transformation Project Manager for the Operations Department, you will support the Operations department in the conduct and deployment of its digital transformation projects, in particular the AMS (Award Management System) project whose objective is to set up a tool for managing donor and partner contracts.
In this context, your missions will be :
Contribute to the work of detailed functional specifications of the future tool
Participate in the functional recipe of the tool with the relevant business teams and validate the compliance of the solution with the specifications on the perimeters for which you are responsible
To frame the change management plan of the project and to pilot the communication plan

Profile :
You hold a Master 2 type training, business school or university, with a professional experience of 3 years on a position of Contractor and/or/or partnership or Programme Support Officer in NGOs.
You have worked for at least 1 year in the field as a Transmitter Administrator within an NGO in contexts of international solidarity. You have previous experience with Action Against Hunger.
Ideally, you are at the end of a mission on a Grant, Partnership Manager or Programme Support Officer position and are available for a short mission.
You are able to collect, interpret, sort, analyze and produce financial and HR data syntheses, and use one or more financial and HR software packages.
You know how to communicate effectively orally and in writing, as well as build and lead a training. You have good listening skills and adaptation of your communication style to establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutor·S.
You are organized, reactive·, and able to quickly move from one activity to another, with good priority management.
A good command of English is necessary, both in writing and orally.
Employment conditions
Status : Integrated Framework – 3.5-month CSD – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 40K to 47Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
