Mission :

Under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Communication, your missions will be to:
Organize and coordinate all the activities of the Mobilization and Campaigns Department Organize the recruitment and integration of team members
Train and promote the development of skills of team members
Advise and provide technical support to team members
Organize and lead team meetings and individual points
Develop and monitor the team’s individual action plans
Manage schedules, organization and coordinate the distribution of work
Ensure the evaluations of team members
Collect monthly monitoring indicators and ensure the consistency and reliability of reporting
Ensure the management of the Department’s budget and associated expenses
Ensure all missions 1 to 5 of the Mobilization Officer, either in their entirety or in all or part of the actions in coordination with the employees concerned Define
the annual strategy and action plan of the Department, in line with the priorities of the Delegated ManagementDefine the challenges of the NGO’s presence with the general public in conjunction with the Delegated Management for Communication
Participate in defining the overall strategy of the Delegated Management
Define the strategic priorities, associated objectives and action plans of the Mobilization and Campaigns Division in accordance with ACF’s mobilization and engagement strategy and in coordination with the other divisions and the Delegated Management for Communication
Work on ACF’s key messages and positions with the Mobilization Officers
Define mobilization and campaign projects and project objectives
Define technical and political developments to improve the technical performance of the systems in service
Coordinate the implementation of the Campaigns and Mobilization Division’s projects Propose, coordinate and monitor project groups linked to the campaigns and events supported by the Division
Coordinate the use of the press relations channel to meet the needs of the projects supported or supported by the Division
Be the focal point for other departments
Respond to communication requests for other projects

Profile :

You have a Master’s degree in Communication with at least 6 years of experience in project management.
You are familiar with the concept of citizen mobilization.
You have significant experience in space purchasing, event and agency management.
Working in an international environment, you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Conditions of employment

Status: Integrated Executive – Fixed-term contract for maternity leave replacement until 05/10/2025 – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 45K to 54K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days per year of paid leave and 21 days of RTT
