A· in charge of Recruitment and Mobility – Logistics, SI and Communication At Action against Hunger France


Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, in particular during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Safety and Ways of Existence – Water, Health, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. In 2021,Action Against Hunger has helped more than 25 million people in 46 countries around the world.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure the recruitment and facilitate the mobility of employees working in logistics, IS and communication at headquarters and in the field. You will manage the integration, the follow-up and the evolution of the· employees of these sectors.
More specifically, you will :
– Collect HR needs and manage the anticipation of individual and collective needs of the logistics, SI and Communication business sectors
– Guarantee the efficiency, quality and implementation of recruitment actions and mobility processes of the employees concerned, guaranteeing the efficiency and quality of sourcing, and, the management of the various stages of recruitment and ensuring the reception of newly recruited candidates
– Monitor and coordinate the successful completion of performance and skills assessments for headquarters populations and field managers via field mobility points and interviews professionals for the headquarters in particular
– Promote and ensure the follow-up of employee journeys and mobility
– Ensure the processing of HR alerts for expatriate employees
– Participate in external interventions to promote ACF and our positions : job dating, school forums, etc.

You have a higher education in Human Resources or equivalent in work psychology, law or humanitarian trade with at least 2 years of professional experience in recruitment and career management.
You master the tools of recruitment 2.0 (LinkedIn, social networks…).
Dynamic and diplomatic, you have an excellent relationship and communication skills that will allow you to collaborate with multiple interlocutors.
You show flexibility, proactivity and organization in order to adapt to changing priorities and working methods (team work or autonomous work, telework).
You have a curiosity and an ability to carry out a watch on the IS trades.
You are able to manage a large workload sometimes in a short time, and recruitment can be tedious (especially on jobs in tension, such as SI).
You have an agility to move from one subject to another quickly (different business streams, Headquarters / Field posts).
You have a sense of privacy and service.
Experience within an international humanitarian structure similar to ACF is a plus.
Proficiency in French and English is essential both in writing and orally.
