JOB OBJECTIVES:
Attached to the skills development team (5 people), you will be required to work on the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the skills development plan for your area.
- Responsibility 1: Management of the skills development plan with reference tools and processes
- Consolidate, analyze and quantify requests based on the internal and external skills development offer
- Support the arbitration of requests in accordance with priorities and the budgetary framework
- Implement and monitor the actions of the plan (contractualization with service providers, session logistics, registrations, attendance sheets, invoicing)
- Ensure coordination with internal and external DC action facilitators of its DC plan (planning, evaluation of services, etc.)
- Collect and analyze satisfaction assessments of the plan’s actions
- Responsibility 2: Budget monitoring of the skills development plan
- Contribute to the development of the plan budget
- Monitor the budget
- Responsibility 3: Reporting
- Carry out reporting and monitoring of indicators associated with the DC plan – and communicate them to internal and external stakeholders (managers, employees, IRPs, lessors, training authorities, etc.)
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- You have 3 years of experience in training or similar
- You have experience in administrative management, preferably applied to the training field (training plan)
- You have experience in budget monitoring, HRIS use, event organization
- You are organized, you demonstrate rigor and good interpersonal skills.
- You have a good command of English
ACCESSIBILITY OF THE WORKPLACE:
The premises are easily accessible by public transport (bus, metro). A car park and a bicycle park are also available. Within the building, access ramps and elevators guarantee better circulation. All workstations are located in Open Space but boxes are available on each floor to work in peace if necessary. The workspace is very bright.
