JOB OBJECTIVES
Attached to the compensation and benefits team (1 manager + 4 people) within the Human Resources Department, you are in charge of analyzing and monitoring compensation systems (head office and international), you propose a salary policy in line with HI’s values and you have an advisory role, implementation and monitoring of the salary policy.
In this context, your main responsibilities are as follows:
Responsibility 1: Analysis and monitoring of headquarters and international staff remuneration systems
- Monitor the remuneration charged for comparable jobs, in an economic environment of the same type and in a given geographical area.
- Carry out and coordinate qualitative and quantitative studies, known as “remuneration surveys”, on all populations or specific ones (notably expatriates, nationals).
- Compare the amount and structure of remuneration practiced in the company with market data.
- Analyze the gaps observed by type of job, geographic area or region, classification level (remuneration audit).
- Propose adjustment scenarios to the management committee according to the organization’s strategy.
- Carry out simulations on the evolution of the payroll (base salary, bonuses, bonuses).
- Create decision support matrices for managers and HR.
- Analysis and monitoring of the system in place and alert in the event of deviation.
Responsibility 2: Proposal of a Salary policy
- Propose and have validated by the DG and HRD an innovative remuneration policy in order to inform them on the general evolution of packages, social benefits, retain staff, attract new talent.
- Animation of internal committees on remuneration, single classification at headquarters and in the field, according to the defined annual calendar.
- Update of compensation and benefits policies and documents
- Participation in negotiations with social partners, you will prepare the framework of the negotiations, by being a force for proposals.
Responsibility 3: Advice, implementation and monitoring of salary policy
- Support and advise managers and operational staff in their remuneration decisions (recruitment, advancement, etc.)
- Lead social dialogue within the organization, in order to become the privileged contact within the department for members of the organization (staff representatives, managers, directors). You will strive to create healthy and lasting relationships with them in order to maintain a link with operational reality.
- Participation in cross-functional HR projects
- Ensure associated internal HR communication
WORKPLACE ACCESSIBILITY
The premises are easily accessible by public transport (bus, metro). A car park and a bicycle park are also available. Within the building, access ramps and elevators guarantee better circulation. All workstations are located in Open Space but boxes are available on each floor to work in peace if necessary. The workspace is very bright.

Profile
- You have a master 2 specializing in HR, finance, management, statistics
- You have 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- You are curious and have an excellent ability to work independently, to integrate and collaborate in an agile environment
- You have excellent written communication skills, good listening skills, good interpersonal skills, are creative, know how to be proactive and are solution-oriented.
- You know how to explain complex concepts simply
- You have good knowledge of the different remuneration and benefit systems (remuneration packages)
- You have a good command of Excel (advanced functions), you are comfortable with information systems
- You can work in French and English
