Within the Financial Department, you will report to the national accounting manager
Your missions will be:
- Manage a team of around 30 direct and indirect employees
- Provide technical supervision of the work of professional auditors for the 7 sectors of activity in the Health and Social Care sector during monthly and annual closings
- Monitor/manage the progress of accounting in establishments and at the CSP
- Organize the collection and review of accounts
- Ensure compliance with the production schedule and accounting review, as well as existing internal procedures
- Responding to requests from auditors
- Ensure the technical progress of employees and include them in a dynamic of ongoing training
- Participate in and relay development projects and ensure their monitoring

With a BAC+4/5 level degree in accounting**, you have 8 years of experience in a firm,** or in a position as financial or accounting manager of a health or medico-social establishment.
You are recognized for your accounting technicality
You have knowledge of ESSMS accounting.
You have essential experience in team management.
Knowledge of Cegid accounting is a plus
