About the role:
As ERP implementation co-ordinator, you will have a hands-on approach and act as the bridge between HALO Ukraine and the wider business in the successful implementation of NetSuite ERP. You will work closely with the project manager in co-ordinating activities and tasks with the project team, cross-functional teams, including external consultants and senior internal stakeholders for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent communication with all involved parties.
We are ideally looking for somebody already based in Ukraine to fill this role, but are willing to be flexible for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in business process mapping, including process analysis and design, gap analysis, and specifications, and the development of system tests, procedures, and documentation.
- Work closely with Ukrainian & HQ finance and logistics/support services teams, and the ERP Project team, to evaluate and communicate how system changes will affect workflow, data, and reporting.
- Work with the Ukraine process teams to identify all types of reporting that will be required from NetSuite and then work with the wider team to develop the reports/dashboards.
- Document, communicate and manage changes that surface during design/discovery and implementation stages.
- Working with the ERP Project Manager and Project delivery team to extract, cleanse and migrate data from the old system to the new. Ensure that all data to be converted is sound before the transition.
- Co-ordinate and assist in the development and testing of the UAT test plan, ensuring coverage of the full end to end process scenarios are included and any defects are communicated for and planned for retesting.
- Working with the ERP Project Manager to identify key superusers to be trained and then along with super user’s train others, prepare training materials and manage the day-to-day aspects of training of the Finance/Inventory modules and new process and procedures before Go Live.
- Participate in regular project meetings, daily stand-ups as required assisting the project manager in updating and monitor project status, activities and tasks against project plan, and serve as a central source of project information within the Ukraine programme.

- Travel overseas and within Ukraine as and when required (maximum 3 x 1-week visits per year).
- To discharge duties and responsibilities under HALO’s Health and Safety Procedures which may include Risk and COSHH Assessments and participation in evacuation procedures as necessary.

Requirements:
- Good process knowledge of ERP solutions across key financial and inventory areas gained either as a process owner, super user, end user, or as part of an implementation team.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), with a very good level of English.
- Willingness & capability to learn new solutions at a fast pace
- Creative, inquisitive, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office package
- Experience of accounting software and processes, preferably 1C and NetSuite, ideally with an understanding of multi-currency, multi-subsidiary.
- A process-oriented mindset that can seamlessly switch between technology and finance/business concepts.
