Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Country Director, you will be responsible for defining the mission’s Human Resources policy and coordinating its implementation and deployment on all bases in order to provide the best support to the programs.
In this context, your missions will be to:
Contribute to the definition of the mission’s strategy
Supervise personnel administration and payroll
Ensure the recruitment and training of all employees and promote career management
Ensure the consistency of work organization and define the compensation policy
Implement collective rules and communicate internally
Promote and ensure HR collaboration and coordination with mission partners
Prevent and manage fraud and corruption situations
Supervise and support the Human Resources team and the in-house team in the capital and be the functional manager of the HR Manager on the bases
You will manage a team of 4 people, with the direct supervision of 2 people (Deputy HR RDD and Administration Manager).

Profile:

You hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law or Development Management and you have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar and/or coordination role in Human Resources management, including at least 2 years internationally. You have already worked successfully in an emergency context.
You have technical expertise in Recruitment and Selection, Team Management / Conflict Management, Payroll Management, and are able to pass on your knowledge and skills.
You know and understand the commitment to Action Against Hunger’s objectives and intervention principles, standard documents and intercultural issues.
Integrity and honesty, you have good interpersonal skills, particularly for coordination, and good skills in team management, partnership, as well as budget monitoring of projects. You also have good stress management skills, complexity management and emotional intelligence.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.

Conditions of employment

Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2,597 to 2,968 euros depending on experience, including 13th month
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Increase in basic salary: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 767 euros net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 150 euros
Child allowance: 1,500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6,000 euros/year)
Transport and accommodation: Coverage of travel and collective accommodation
Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + supplementary health insurance) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance arrangements (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; ticket support with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR
Support and training Monitoring and support of professional career path
