Focus on the Human Resources Department

The Human Resources Department is made up of 32 people. The mission of its members is to provide HR support to the organization.

And what about the Project Manager for Prevention and Management of Psychosocial Risks in all this?

As a Psychosocial Support Project Manager, under the hierarchical supervision of the Human Resources Director, in close collaboration with the human resources, operations and health referents teams, you will be in charge of improving psychological support at Première Urgence Internationale. You will contribute to a better organization of this theme at headquarters and on missions.

To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Role of technical referent for the Association in matters of psychological support.
  • Organization of the Association’s response in terms of psychological support to employees: you will contribute to the creation of a network of local psychologists able to provide psychological support for PUI employees at headquarters and missions, you will set up communication tools and schemes and you will communicate on existing solutions. You will be in charge of developing the skills of key people identified at headquarters and on missions.
  • Contribution to strengthening awareness and prevention in terms of Psychosocial Risks (RPS): you will implement the actions necessary to raise awareness and prevent Psychosocial Risks, you will train managers to detect people in situations of psychological suffering and you will raise awareness among employees about Psychosocial Risks.
  • Critical incident expertise: you will propose solutions adapted to the situation and put in place resources capable of providing psychological first aid to impacted employees.

The challenges that await you:

Implement an action plan following the analysis of psychosocial risks; structure the response in terms of Psychosocial Support; raise awareness among all employees on the issues of prevention of psychosocial risks.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Training

You can provide proof of initial training (Bac+5 minimum) in psychology and are trained in the prevention of psychosocial risks.

  • Experience

You have at least 2 years of experience in implementing psychosocial risk prevention actions in an international NGO. This is essential for this position. Have you already worked with Première Urgence Internationale? This will be an undeniable asset!

  • SKILLS

Are you an expert in psychosocial project management? Do you know how to manage cross-functional projects and mobilize several teams around an objective? This position is made for you!

  • Required qualities

You demonstrate very good interpersonal skills, ease of communication, both written and oral, and you have a taste for teamwork. You demonstrate autonomy, organization, you are proactive and have good priority management. You demonstrate empathy, diplomacy, discretion and a sense of confidentiality.

  • LANGUAGES

Do you speak French and English like the back of your hand? That’s great, it’s essential for this position! If you also speak Arabic and/or Spanish, that would be a definite asset.

PUI will offer you

  • Status: Executive
  • Salary: 3,300.00 – 3,300.00 EUR gross monthly over 12 months, depending on experience
  • Medical coverage: 100% health insurance and 50% provident insurance
  • Support: Support of up to 50% of the transport ticket and up to 60% of the Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €10)
  • Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
  • A flexible teleworking policy , based on three methods.
