Reporting to the Head of the Strategic Marketing and Service Offering department, you will be responsible for supporting business teams and continuously improving service offerings for charitable markets and/or institutions. Your role includes:
Needs analysis and benchmark:
Identify and understand the needs of our audiences, in collaboration with the research teams
Improvement of the offer and strategic recommendations:
Analyze the current offer by identifying the obstacles and levers for improvement
Propose marketing levers to improve the relevance, readability and visibility of the offer
Development of positioning strategies:
Support business departments in structuring and differentiating service offerings according to targets and markets
Operational marketing and tool creation:
Develop and coordinate the creation of marketing tools to promote offers (flyers, brochures, branding, etc.)
Ensure visual consistency and compliance with brand identity across all media, in collaboration with the Communications Department.

With a Bac +5 qualification in marketing, project management, or equivalent, you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a company or association, ideally in the charitable, medico-social sector or in a structure with a social vocation. This experience has allowed you to develop an ability to conduct marketing analyses, market studies, but also to work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. You are familiar with operational marketing techniques and have mastered the creation of offline marketing tools.
You are rigorous, autonomous, and have cross-functional project management skills that allow you to manage several projects at the same time.
You feel comfortable navigating a large, complex organization and interacting with a large number of stakeholders with varied profiles and skills.
