Overseas Operational Management Controller At French Red Cross

Reporting directly to the management control manager for his area, the management controller’s missions are primarily to provide support to the directors of establishments, RAFs and territorial directors of structures based overseas.

The main missions are as follows:

  • COORDINATE AND MONITOR BUDGET DYNAMICS & REFOCUSIONS
  • Initiate and coordinate the process of budgetary dynamics and reforecasts with the stakeholders in establishment and in compliance with the national calendar,
  • Provide establishments with tools, restitution formats and presentation materials,
  • Support establishment directors in formalizing and defining the budget,
  • Provide support to territorial directors for the reporting and analysis of financial information within their scope,
  • Carry out consolidation and scope analyses for managers
  • FACILITATE THE ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT OF THE ASSOCIATION
  • Coordinate and lead management times with local stakeholders (establishment directors, territorial directors, national Overseas management),
  • Produce, analyze and provide the dashboards necessary for management,
  • Participate in the production of the national management report,
  • Support establishment directors in the Return to Performance Plan process (diagnosis, definition and costing of the action plan).
  • CARRY OUT CONSULTING AND EXPERTISE MISSIONS.
  • Supporting the development of territories,
  • Support directors in negotiations with ACTs,
  • Advise on the optimization of restitutions to financiers, their argumentation and proposals for allocation of results,
  • OTHER MISSIONS
  • Monitor the correct application of the national management framework,
  • Carry out expert missions or one-off analyses,
  • Support development and investment projects:
    • Encrypt the response to calls for projects based on the elements provided by the project team,
    • Help the project leader in writing the investment file,
    • Monitor the implementation of the financing plan.

With higher education in management (bac +5), you have at least 5 years’ experience in operational management control, ideally in the Social and Medical-social sector.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your ease in analyzing, synthesizing and reporting results to your contacts (operational and/or financial). You have an appetite for discussions in the field and know how to demonstrate patience and teaching skills.

You are proactive, rigorous and autonomous.
