External consultancy Tools and training Safe and Dignified Programming and Transversal Gender Approach

As a humanitarian actor implementing numerous projects in different contexts, PUI is fully concerned by the issues related to safe and dignified programming (SDP) and the integration of the transversal gender approach.
Since the beginning of 2019, PUI has made progress on these themes by equipping itself with analysis tools, developing a Protection intervention framework, a Gender Policy, adhering to the Call to Action against GBV, and offering training to its employees. After initial work on these themes, PUI must now update and strengthen the tool packs and training available in order to better support teams and deploy and disseminate these approaches in practice.
