Director of establishments – Fight against exclusions At French Red Cross


The French Red Cross manages a network of more than 600 establishments and services, built around seven major sectors: the fight against exclusion, child protection, early childhood, the elderly and the home, people with disabilities, health and training with Red Cross expertise.

The anti-exclusion sector (which brings together more than 2,000 employees) operates on common law systems (maraudes/Samu Sociaux, day care centers, SIAO, accommodation, adapted and supported housing), medical-social systems (LAM, LHSS, EMSP) and systems dedicated to asylum seekers and refugees (SPADA, CADA, HUDA, CPH), within more than 190 establishments in France.

Our business strategy is divided into 5 fundamental axes, notably aiming at access to rights and the promotion of the rights of the people welcomed, the strengthening of health support, access to housing and the improvement of accommodation conditions, the breaking down of barriers in social intervention as well as the promotion of the expression of people and their participation in the support offered.

The French Red Cross operates in accordance with its principles and values; the association implements a quality policy aimed at respecting the unconditionality of reception, continuity of care and preservation of the right to start over.

Job

Under the authority of the future territorial director and in accordance with the guidelines of the associative project, the national strategic project and the sector strategy, you will be in charge of managing the following systems: emergency accommodation center (150 places spread over several structures serving different audiences), accommodation and social reintegration center (100 places), night shelter and day reception center.

These devices constitute a cluster of establishments bringing together more than 60 employees whose administrative headquarters is located in Annecy.

Your missions:

You supervise, lead and coordinate the activity of the teams in the development and implementation of establishment projects, ensuring the quality of the care and its adequacy with the individualized path of the beneficiaries.

You develop relationships with all partners and financiers and contribute to the development of activities by managing new projects.

You ensure the financial, economic and logistical management of the establishments. You lead the human resources policy (recruitment, support for career paths, conducting annual interviews, etc.) and ensure the quality of life at work within the teams.

You participate in the management committee of the sector in your area and of the hub

With higher education (bac +5), you have proven expertise in the management of social establishments and the financial management of the activity. You have knowledge of the legislation and regulations in force.

Knowledge of public policies in France, institutional contacts, intervention and financing methods is essential for the position.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your ability to lead a network.

You demonstrate solid aptitude in managing several simultaneous projects.

Teaching skills and the ability to manage a team are essential assets for the position.
