Present in more than 20 countries, the teams composed of’expatriates, national employees, permanent staff at the headquarters, some volunteers intervene with professionalism and commitment in respect of cultures.

Offer description

Support to the National Human Resources Service is an essential role within the’ RHN team, he/she is in charge of various administrative and operational tasks to support the proper functioning of the RHN service.

He/she will work closely with the·s in charge of RHN & various field missions.

Your profile

TRAINING

Diploma in Human Resources, Management, Administration or related field.

EXPERIENCE

A first experience in administrative or HR support is desired.

SKILLS & QUALITES

  • Knowledge of’epiconcept software is a plus (Homer, SAGA)
  • Good command of Office 365 online tools and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Current mastery of French and’anglais (very good level read, written and spoken). A mastery of’ other languages (arabic, Spanish, Portuguese in particular) is a plus
  • Excellent sense of organization, rigor, ability to work in a team
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
  • Good management of stress
  • Knowledge of the donor humanitarian sector

IF will offer you the following conditions

  • Position based at the headquarters of Solidarity International, in Clichy la Garenne (Mairie de Clichy Metro)
  • CDD Contract
  • Monthly gross remuneration from : 2 508€ to 2 612€ depending on the grid in force at the headquarters and experiences of candidate.es
  • Possibility of teleworking: 4 to 12 days per month, in accordance with the Teleworking Charter in force and the manager.
  • 12 Days of RTT/year
  • Leave : 2.0833 CP /month and 1 day RTT / full month of work
  • Mutual (80 %), restaurant tickets (60%), transport tickets Ile de France (50%) supported by the’association
