SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
Provide assistance in the development of proposals and in the implementation of programs and projects according to the requirements of the program and support area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Projects and territories
Develops monthly context reports and progress at the national level in coordination with program management and country management.
Provides support in the development of quarterly and annual reports on the achievements and programmatic impacts of HIAS Peru.
Supports the management of virtual folders in the program area: projects, technical areas, communications, proposals.
Supports in the elaboration of formats for territorial plans, schedules, calendars, various reports.
Supports the development of presentations and minutes of work with partners.
Proposals
Provides support in the implementation of design, planning and budgeting methodologies.
Supports in the elaboration of the work plan of the proposals.
Coordinates with the different areas the lifting of recommendations for the design of proposals.
Supports in the preparation of attached documents and the compilation of administrative documentation required for proposals
Follow up on the work plan for high-level proposals: deadline compliance, fulfillment of commitments, filling of information where required.
Coordinates with the areas the signatures of documents required for the presentation of proposals and agreements.
Supports the revision of the final documents based on the recommendations.
Programmatic strategy
Supports development of the association strategy, which includes mapping of national partners, differentiating donor partners, program partners, corporate partners, among others.
Supports the development of material content (presentations, factsheets, flyers) to strengthen relationships with different partners.
Supports the monitoring of area strategies and territorial plans.
Others assigned
Assists national and program management in coordinating the development of strategic representation meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Studies
• Graduate or graduate at university level in careers Social Sciences, Social Management or other related careers
Experience:
• Minimum experience of 2 years occupying positions related to projects, development, community activities.
• Desirable experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting for donors
General and specific knowledge:
• Relevant knowledge on the protection of the refugee and migrant population in vulnerable contexts.
• Strengthened gender knowledge and gender-based violence.
• intermediate-advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Advanced English: spoken and written (essential).
Competences:
• Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills; good planning and organization skills; ability to work as a team.
• Respectful, capable of discussing sensitive issues honestly, openly, effectively and in groups and with individuals.
