Context :
Tdh has been present in Guinea since 1987. She is currently involved in the fields of Health including sexual and reproductive, Migration, and’Access to Justice. These three programs work in synergy and are enriched by transversal expertise such as Transversal Protection, WASH and’ICT4D. His approach has consistently focused on outreach work in conjunction with relevant Guinean authorities and communities.
Main responsibilities :
- The(the) Project Leader(fe) is integrated(e) into the Access to Justice Programme of the Delegation. He/She is in charge(e) of’ ensuring the coordination of the implementation of the project activities, being validated by the lessor, and, on the strengthening of social cohesion and resilience of populations, and on the rehabilitation of prison infrastructures and the’ accompaniment of juvenile detainees and women ;
- Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator of the Delegation and the Regional Coordinator Access to Justice, she ensures the deployment of the project including the programmatic strategy Access to Justice ;
- he is responsible for the management and supervision of the’ Project team and for compliance with the HR Policies of Tdh ;
- it guarantees a quality implementation of the specific project including the A2J projects, and, in compliance with deadlines and in accordance with the quality standards and standards of the A2J regional program and within the framework of the Tdh global quality and accountability standards ;
- it contributes to securing the necessary resources (financial and human) within the delegation in relation to the support services concerned ;
- it contributes to programmatic piloting by setting up and monitoring indicators, in particular on cross-cutting themes in its field ;
- it develops and promotes’innovation within the A2J programme ;
- it ensures the implementation of knowledge management and sharing ; Elle.il ensures that its teams and partners are aware of the security policies and the global code of conduct and respect them at all times.

Profile
Training :
- University degree in law, criminal sciences or political sciences
- A master relevant to the position would be an added value
Skills & Experience :
- Proven knowledge of access to justice for children in particular and child protection in general (including gender mainstreaming standards at a minimum in the sector).
- At least 5 years of experience in a program management position or similar position, ideally in Africa.
- Proven experience in coordination, including at the international level.
- Proven experience in the themes related to justice and the protection of the CHILD’.
- Experience in the rehabilitation of prison infrastructures’ is an asset.
- Proven experience in the field of institutional support and representation, including before government authorities.
- Strong experience in developing strategies as well as local partnerships.
- Relevant previous experience and excellent human resources management and leadership skills
Languages :
- Excellent language skills in French. Mastery of’anglais is an added value.
- Good knowledge of Guinean local languages.
IT knowledge :
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package
Salary :
Expatriate contract under Swiss law, salary monthly goal between CHF4’000.- and CHF 4’300.- according to experience x13 (+ AVS retention for Swiss candidate). Insurance, illness, accident, repatriation. 25 days leave/year. Ticket’avion AR/year.
