About: Action Against Hunger
Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, in particular during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Safety and Ways of Existence – Water, Health, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :
Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer at Operations, your role will be to :
Update receivables monitoring and facilitate information exchangeCheck and update mission receivables monitoring tables in relation to regions and related documents
Coordinate donor resuscitation with regions
Coordinate the communication between the international accounting department and the regions on the subject of receivables
Compare and analyze mission transfer requests against forecasts
Contribute to the project of evolution of the SAGA tool at headquarters and in the fieldParticipate, in connection with the· Project Manager and the· Referent International Accounting, in the definition of the specifications of the modifications/corrections to be made by the software editor on software version ascents
Drive the recipe of deliveries from the publisher and ensure all tests
Participate in the deployment of new versions of SAGA in the field
Contribute, in conjunction with the· Project Manager and the· Referent International Accounting, to the update of accounting procedures following the release of SAGA
Support the Delegated DirectorateDepending on the workload on Missions 1 and 2, support the ongoing files of the Delegated Directorate department

Profile :
You come from a· accounting training, with experience working in the headquarters of NGOs.
You ideally have knowledge of SAGA and UBW.
You are able to implement a carbon accounting tool and use an accounting software package (Agresso, Saga) and bank (Turbo, Exabanque).
You know how to show tact, flexibility and skill in your relations with your interlocutor.
You are particularly competent in communication, which you know how to make effective, both orally and in writing.
You are a pedagogue in your work.
You are reactive· and able to quickly move from one activity and/or theme to another.
You know how to organize your work and manage priorities.
Working in an international environment, you have a good command of English, both orally and in writing.
Employment conditions
Status : Integrated Framework – 12-month CSD until 12/09/2025 – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 36K to 43Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
Advantages: 21 days of RTT

No mandatory face-to-face on this position, outside of collective face-to-face times.
