Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, in particular during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Safety and Ways of Existence – Water, Health, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :
Under the supervision of the Head of the Business Unit, your role will be to manage and develop a portfolio of partners with the aim of developing the private resources of ACF France.
Specifically, your missions will be as follows :
Ensure the development of partnership activities in line with the strategy of the cluster and the delegated management.
Participate in the definition of the strategy of the cluster.
Animate your portfolio of existing partners: identify new actions and projects with a view to loyalty and resource development.
Participate in the administrative management of the activities of the cluster. Ensure the registration of donations, the follow-up of invoices, the drafting and follow-up of agreements related to the legal service, etc, and to update the information of your partners and prospects in the database.
Contribute to the update of all the tools for steering and monitoring the pole.
Managing and supervising the activities of the trainee and/or alternator.
Profile :
Higher education type Master 1 or Master 2 in Political Science, School of Commerce, or Marketing/Communication, etc, you have a professional experience of 3 to 5 years in the functions of partnership manager or account manager in connection with customers and/or partners. You also have proven experience of loyalty and prospecting with private companies.
You know how to identify, develop, maintain and mobilize a professional network by adapting to different levels of interlocutors.
You are recognized for establishing relationships of trust with your interlocutors, your patience and your autonomy in the partner relationship (from contact to contractualization)
You know how to implement marketing and communication means and techniques, both orally and in writing.
You are creative· and strength of proposal.
You are able to read and understand English.
Employment conditions
Status: Integrated Framework-IDC – Full-time
Location: Ile-de-France
Remuneration:From 36K to 46Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
