Focus on the Logistics Department
The Logistics Department consists of 20 people. The international supply sector on which it depends is composed of 7 people.
And the/the LoadER· Purchases and Expeditions Med. in all this?
As a Procurement Officer, you will be in charge of the proper operation of the activities « Procurement – expeditions » from the supply chain from Headquarters to the Field.
For this purpose, your responsibilities will be as follows :
- Purchasing and international transport: You will be in charge of receiving and controlling requests for’achat transmitted by the field. You will be in charge of making these purchases by ensuring the’eligibility of costs and respecting internal procedures and compliance with donor procedures. You will ensure the management of the stocks of materials and equipment that pass through the headquarters. You will follow the international freight from the start (supplier or seat) and up’ to the mission. You will ensure that the risks associated with the purchase and transport of inputs are controlled.
- Administrative management and archiving: You will be in charge of controlling and transmitting invoices to the department concerned. You will be in charge of the classification and archiving of’achats files made by the supply branch. You will participate in audits.
- Capitalization and improvement of practices: You will participate in the reflection, development and implementation of the strategy and tools of the service. You will support other services in project drafting and budgeting on issues related to’procurement.
- Human Resources: You will participate in the briefings and debriefings of expatriate staff.

What you will need to succeed
- Formation
You can justify a training in logistics,’ supply chain and/or humanitarian logistics.
- Experience
You are strong of’an experience in a position similar to the headquarters of’an NGO or you have a professional experience of’at least one year in procurement. Have you worked with First International Emergency? It will be an undeniable asset!
- Skills
You have’ transport experience (incoterms, customs import/export procedures). You know the’achats procedures of the main institutional donors ? C’ is a plus !
- Qualities required
You show a good relationship, ease of communication, both in writing and orally, and you have a taste for teamwork. You demonstrate reliability and a sense of responsibility, rigor and organization, responsiveness, adaptability and you have negotiation skills. You have excellent resistance to stress and an ability to work under pressure.
- Languages
Do you master French and’anglais? C’is indispensable for this position!

8-month CDD position based at the headquarters in Asnieres-sur-Seine.
Teleworking possible from Metropolitan France with a presence at the headquarters of one week per month minimum.
PUI will propose
Status: Framework
Salary: 3200 EUR gross monthly over 12 months
Medical coverage: 100% of the mutual Health and Providence
Support: Support up to 50% of the ticket and up to 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of 10€)
Rest: 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37h/week)
