For the recruitment of’un(e) Consultant(e) trainer in charge of’animate a webinar on the’use of social networks to strengthen advocacy for the fight against Malaria, HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis.

Impact Health Africa (ISA) is an African NGO based in Cameroon and specialized in advocacy and strategic communication whose main objective is to contribute to the improvement of the health of populations by setting up transformative and sustainable programs. As part of its program « Voix De la Lutte », Impact Health Africa introduces’Afrique litigants to oral communication and advocacy techniques, with the aim of equipping them in the fight against malaria, HIV/aids and tuberculosis in their communities. With this in mind, Impact Health Africa is looking for a Consultant(e) for a new training session, this time in the form of a webinar. The goal is to guide them on how to leverage online platforms to deliver impactful messages, engage and engage communities.
Objectives
The main goal of’ is to guide these young’Africa litigants on how to leverage online platforms to deliver impactful messages, engage and engage communities.
Specifically, it will be a question of :
- Strengthen the skills of Voices of Fight on the use of social networks to strengthen advocacy for the fight against HIV/AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis.
- To guide participants on the creation of impactful and engaging content adapted to online platforms.
- Engage the voices of the struggle to make at least one post a month on social networks on HIV/AIDS, malaria or Tuberculosis
2. Consultant’s duties and responsibilities
The consultant will have to carry out the following tasks :
- Develop detailed presentations and teaching materials for the webinar
- Animate in an interactive and engaging way the training webinar sessions
- Transmit concrete and applicable techniques for strategic use of social networks
- Facilitate exchanges and answer questions from participants
Main expected deliverables :
- Training module or presentations
- Training report
- The flyers, the agenda, the webinar content
This webinar will take place on 09 July 2024, from 10h00 – 12H30 GMT.
3. Consultant profile
The desired expertise will be on recruitment un(e) Consultant(e) whose qualifications and skills are presented as follows :
- Degree in one or more of the following fields in communication, advocacy, social sciences or a related field ;
- Proven expertise in the use of social networks for the purpose of mobilization and advocacy
- Proven experience in support and training of various target groups (influencers, litigants, professionals, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of the public health issues related to malaria, HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis
- Excellent teaching skills and ability to popularize technical concepts
- English and French skills appreciated
