Type of Contract : CDD of 7 months minimum – Replacement Maternity Leave. Possible extension until’in September 2025.

Localization : International Solidarity Headquarters, Clichy. Field trip (15%) Possibility of Teleworking in France.

INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY(SI) is an association of’international humanitarian aid which, for more than 40 years, has been providing relief to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters by responding to vital needs, drinking, eating, eating, eating, S’abriter. JOB DESCRIPTION

The/the management controller-se integrates the’ Desk Haiti team, Venezuela, Ukraine composed of 7 people. The’ team desk is in charge of the management of 3 missions of Solidarities International and contributes to the implementation of humanitarian strategies on each of these contexts thanks to the funding of donors funds, such as’ECHO, CDC, CIAA, BHA, or UN agencies either directly evening through consortia.

Within the desk, you are in charge of the control of the good financial management of the’ set of missions. You are the reference person on all financial matters of the geographical area both at headquarters and in the field. You assure him budgetary pilotage missions, you are the ensuring compliance with procedures internal and donor agencies. In collaboration with the headquarters and field teams, you participate in the development of the’ annual strategy missions and desk through the definition and monitoring of the annual budget.

You also include an controller.se Management Pool, coordinated by the Management Control Manager. Within this pool, you will be able to discuss best practices, capitalize on your experiences and contribute to the’evolution of tools and procedures.

Through 4 essential pillars of the position : Analytical quality of accounting ; Budgetary management ; financial and administrative management of contracts ; annual programming ; etc ;

he /she (non-exhaustive list) :

  • S’assures compliance with the monthly financial cycle (calendar / upload of documents – files)
  • Conducts the annual accounting closing process on the desk countries
  • Supervises the financial procedures put in place on missions
  • Checks the’update of the’allocation tables and their consistency with budget monitoring
  • S’ ensures consistency between budgetary monitoring and operational evolution of the programmes with the Programme Manager
  • Controls cash flow requirements on missions and monitors the receipt of funds from donors in connection with the Field Accountant concerned
  • Controls and validates the budget part of the proposals
  • Participates in the annual programming of the missions of the desk and the missions service :
  • Exercises functional authority over the administrative coordinator(s) of the missions through the validation of candidates during recruitment, briefings before mission, monitoring work on the mission, etc, performance interviews and debriefings.
  • Supervises the’Adjoint (e) CDG and the’Assistant(e) support : recruits and sets their objectives, ensures their training, their integration and accompanies them by a system of progressive delegation, carries out their evaluation.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Higher education, higher business school type, management/finance master’s degree,
  • Essential NGO experience in a field financial coordination position – 2 years, or similar position. This position requires a good command of accounting and management procedures, knowledge of donor rules (ECHO, EU, BHA, CDCS , UNICEF..), extremely rigorous work, etc, relational facilities with the various services and expatriates in the field,
  • Mastery of the most common office software (Word and Excel),
  • Excellent command of’anglais and good mastery of’spanish.
  • Knowledge of SAGA accounting software is a plus

IF YOU WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

  • CDD Contract – 7 months minimum_ Replacement Maternity Leave
  • Position based at the headquarters of Solidarity International, in Clichy la Garenne (Mairie de Clichy Metro) with field trips (20%)
  • Possibility of teleworking: 4 or 12 days of Teleworking per month or 100% of teleworking with 3 days of mandatory face-to-face per month (package paid monthly). In accordance with the Telework Charter in force and the manager.
  • Monthly gross remuneration : 3183€ or 3316€ according to the salary grid in force
  • Leave : 2.0833 CP /month and 1 day RTT / full month of work
  • Mutual (80 %), restaurant tickets (60%), transport tickets (50%) supported by the’association
  • Days of recovery and medical coverage taken care of 100% during the field trips.
