Focus on our activities in Chad

Our mission in Chad has existed since 2004. PUI develops its integrated approach with health and nutrition, which are at the heart of its interventions. PUI is deployed in the’est of the country and provides support on the prevention and fight against malnutrition, but also interveitn on other emergencies (floods, crisis Sudan). Today’hui, the mission is working on 4 projects.

And the.the Administrative & Financial Transmitter Coordinator in all this?

As Administrative & Financial Coordinator, you will be responsible for the sound financial, accounting and budgetary management of the mission as well as the management of administrative and legal files. You will be the referent in this matter on the mission both internally and’en externally (donors, authorities, NGOs..).

For this purpose, your responsibilities will be as follows :

  • Financial, budgetary and accounting management : You will be responsible for all aspects of finance, including budget and accounting items, as well as the cash flow of the mission.
  • Administrative and legal management : You will supervise administrative files and ensure that the status and functioning of the mission are in legal compliance with the requirements of the country of intervention.
  • Representation : You will represent the’association with partners, authorities and various local actors involved in the financial, administrative, legal and human resources fields of the mission. You will be pro-active/ve in the development of the inter-NGO financial network of PUI (administrative, financial, legal, HR..).
  • Coordination : You will centralize and disseminate the’information within the mission and at headquarters for all matters relating to financial, administrative, administrative, legal and human resources of the mission and consolidate internal and external reporting in these same areas.

The challenges ahead of you:

1 – Accompany the mission on the diversification of the project portfolio (emergency and development) 2 – Support of field teams (skills, training, mobility) 3 – OHADA system deployment

What’it will take you to succeed

  • Formation : You can justify d’a higher degree (min. Master 2 or equivalent) in financial management /accounting. Training in human resources management and/or project management will also be appreciated.
  • Experience : You have at least three years of experience in Financial Management / Accounting. Have you ever held positions related to these areas of activity in an international NGO? It will be greatly appreciated. Have you ever worked with First International Emergency? It will be an undeniable asset!
  • Skills : You master financial management and team management, you have an in-depth knowledge of the procedures of the main institutional donors. Excel has no secrets for you, and you master SAGA accounting software perfectly.
  • Qualities required : You show a good relationship, an ease of communication, both in the written’ and’oral, and you have the taste of teamwork. You demonstrate the ability to make decisions, reliability and sense of responsibility, rigor and’organization, responsiveness and’adaptability. You have excellent resistance to stress and an ability to work under pressure.
  • Languages : French and’anglais have no secrets for you ? So much the better, it’is essential for this post ! If you also speak’arabe, it will also be an undeniable asset.

PUI will propose

  • Status: Executive in Contract with Determined Duration
  • Gross monthly salary: 2,650.00 – 3,130.00 EUR according to your experience in international solidarity + 50€ per semester of’ seniority with PUI
  • Assurance including medical and complementary health coverage, 24/24 assistance, repatriation and pension
  • Hosting in collective house
  • Living expenses (« Per Diem »)
  • Break regime: 5 Working days to 3 and 9 months mission + break premium
  • Paid Leave Plan: 5 Weeks from CP/year + ticket’avion A/R at home every 6 months
