As a major player in the social and solidarity economy, the French Red Cross manages a network of more than 600 institutions and services in the health, medico-social and training sectors.

She is also the head of 12 regional institutes for health and social training.

As a member of the world’s largest humanitarian network, the French Red Cross employs more than 17,000 employees who, through more than 70 professions, work in, put their professionalism at the service of the most fragile within MEDICo-educational’institutes, nurseries, retirement homes, functional rehabilitation centers,’ emergency accommodation centers, training centers, etc, international missions…

The Overseas National Directorate is composed of 12 territorial delegations, 3,000 volunteers and 7 territorial directorates, 800 employees.

The French Red Cross overseas is also marauding, donation collection,’ food aid, vestiboutiques, first aid, risk and disaster management, EHPAD, residences for the elderly, Nursing services at home (SSIAD), a guardianship service,’ accompaniment at the exit of prostitution, health buses, Samu Sociales, etc, from the’ accompaniment to and in housing, health centers and poles, from the’ accompaniment to parenthood of the’ accompaniment of young people in situation of social rupture and training centers.

The French Red Cross (CRf) is recruiting one or more mission officers for the Wallis Delegation and the Futuna Delegation.

Under the authority of the person in charge of’animation of the network of the National Directorate overseas, le.la mission Officer delegations has the mission of’ to ensure the smooth running of the operation and activities of the Territorial Delegations of Wallis and Futuna.

Its main tasks are :

SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE 2030 STRATEGY

  • Carry out a sectoral analysis to identify the existing’ and the needs of the territories
  • Accompany the’writing of’a plan of’action and development of’activities
  • Guarantee the application of the procedures in the realization of the activities
  • Promote mutualization between the two territories
  • Facilitate communication with headquarters central services

SUPPORT THE STANDARDIZATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF DELEGATIONS

  • Deploy the’ use of tools and computer applications internal to the CRf including the management of memberships and contributions
  • Budgetary management to be dealt with in connection with the Associative Financial Referents (FRG)
  • Take stock of equipment and equipment

SUPPORT THE STRUCTURING OF GOVERNANCE

  • Accompany the establishment of territorial bodies and their animation
  • Support the’organisation d’an electoral ballot
  • Support the taking of office of elected officials

PARTICIPATE IN VOLUNTEER DYNAMICS

  • Support the recruitment of volunteers and the appointment of’activities managers
  • Promote their’integration and training path
  • Promote the’appropriation of tools

SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE FIU IN THE TERRITORY

  • Develop public and private partnerships
  • Assist in seeking internal and external funding

  • Special working conditions: Weekend and evening work to participate in meetings in videoconference with Headquarters, in particular with the hierarchical manager
  • CDD: 16 months
  • Knowledge of the territory and the associative environment appreciated
