Mission :

Under his supervision, you will assist the Resource Center Project Manager in the planning, implementation and monitoring of the center’s support programs for partner actors in Marseille.

Your missions will include:

Mission 1: Participate in monitoring the context:
– Review the literature and monitor the activities of the Resources Center partners (media, activity reports, diagnostics, etc.).
– Follow the local context for the themes concerned.
– Disseminate contextual and technical information, particularly on food safety, to the partners concerned.

Mission 2: Planning, implementation and monitoring of Resource Center programs:
– Participate in the planning, setting up and monitoring of Resource Center partnerships.
– Contribute to diagnostic, monitoring and evaluation activities: development of tools (qualitative and quantitative questionnaires), collection of field data, analysis, writing of reports and recommendations.
– Mobilize, coordinate and monitor Resources Center volunteers: training, planning, supervision, debriefings, etc.
– Provide programmatic and technical support to partners, particularly on food security.
– Participate occasionally in field activities to understand the context, the needs of the people concerned and the activities of partners.
– Contribute to the implementation and conduct of training for partners.

Mission 3: Coordination, partnership meetings and representation of ACF:
– Prepare external meetings (agenda, organization).
– Participate in external meetings within the framework of ACF partnerships and coordination bodies, write and distribute reports.
– Represent ACF at external meetings and events if necessary.

Mission 4: Team life and development of the ACF office in Marseille:
– Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings, as well as thematic team times.
– Contribute to coordination between the Resources Department and other departments in the office.
– Contribute to the reporting of the activities of the Resources Department and the dissemination of information to other members of the team.

Profile :

Your studies/training:
Master 1 or 2 in International, Local or Territorial Development, Political Sciences, Human Sciences, Social or Humanitarian Action. Specialization in the fight against precariousness and/or food insecurity.
Your professional experience:
Experience in community volunteering, particularly with people in precarious situations, appreciated. Experience in project management (food safety, monitoring and evaluation) and/or food democracy in France, development, network management and coordination of stakeholders is an asset.
Your skills/expertise:
Project management (monitoring and evaluation), collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel. Expertise in food safety, nutrition and sustainable food. Organization and animation of workshops/meetings. Fluency in several languages ​​(English and Arabic).
Your knowledge/interests:
Knowledge of the context of the fight against precariousness and exclusion in France: public policies, needs of people in precariousness, actors and interventions. Knowledge of local authorities, interest in the processes of collective intelligence and popular education. Knowledge of Marseille and its associative fabric. Int

Conditions of employment
Status: 12-month work-study apprenticeship or professionalization contract
Duration of the contract: 12 months
Location: Marseille (PACA)
Salary conditions:
– Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
– 21 days of RTT (prorated according to the time of attendance)
– Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
– Transport: 50% of the package between home and the workplace
– Passes- restaurant: 60% covered by the association (value of 8 euros)
– Social benefits: social works, reductions on cinema tickets
Teleworking: compulsory presence of 12 days per month is planned at the headquarters, with time dedicated to collective meetings and events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory attendance per week for your integration into the team.
