Founded in 1991, Secours Islamique France (SIF) is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) for emergency relief and development. SIF acts in strict neutrality, without distinction of origin, gender or religion and is dedicated to alleviating the suffering of the poorest populations in the world.
The SIF is looking for an International Management Control H/F for its headquarters in Massy (91).
Context
Under the hierarchical responsibility of the management control manager, you will work in collaboration with the Department of International Programs and Operations (DPOI) as well as’ with the accounting unit of international missions. You will ensure the functional supervision of the administrators/administrative coordinators of the missions and will ensure the sound financial and budgetary management of the humanitarian activities of SIF at the international (area on which you will be attached).
Your main missions will be the following (non-exhaustive and evolving list):
- Preparation of forecast budgets.
- Supervision of the’ execution of budgets.
- Consolidation of budget expenditures.
- Development of activities and support of administrative and financial teams of international missions.
Profile
- Diploma required : bac+5 in management, finance or accounting.
- Between 2 and 5 years of’experience in management control.
- Mastery of the use of’information systems, good accounting culture and competence in data analysis.
- Relational ease, good capacity of’anticipation and good spirit of synthesis.
- Mastery of English at’ written as oral.
