Founded in 1991, Secours Islamique France (SIF) is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) for emergency relief and development. SIF acts in strict neutrality, without distinction of origin, gender or religion and is dedicated to alleviating the suffering of the poorest populations in the world.
Secours Islamique France is looking for a DESK POMA Manager (e) for its offices based in Massy.
Context
Your main missions will be the following (non-exhaustive and evolving list):
- Elaborate the operational strategy of the SIF at the international’, as well as the projects, programs and missions strategy
- Ensure the quality of programmes and projects, as well as their implementation within deadlines and budgets
- Search for institutional funds in coordination with the Head of Institutional Financing
- Monitoring and monitoring of operational activities
- Management of teams (Desk and Heads of Mission)
- Budgetary and administrative monitoring of programmes and missions
Profile
- Diploma required : Bac +5 in Humanitarian Project Management (or equivalent)
- Experience of 3 years minimum on a position similar to the headquarters of’une NGO or in the field
- Managerial, decision-making, autonomy and initiative taking
- A sense of responsibility and rigor
- Stress resistance and good management of’emergency situations
- Mastery of the office pack
- Bilingual English (mastery of the Arabic language would be a plus)
Conditions
- Full-time contract in CDI
- Start early March 2024
- Framework status, day package
- 15 Days of recovery as part of the day package

- Possibility of teleworking according to the agreement in force.
