Location : International Solidarity Headquarters in Clichy, with the possibility of teleworking from 4 to 12 days per month.

WHAT WE DO …

SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an association of’ international humanitarian aid which, for more than 40 years, has been providing relief to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters by responding to the vital needs of, drinking, eating, s’abriter. Particularly engaged in the fight against diseases related to unhealthy’, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions an expertise in the field of’access to drinking’water,’sanitation and the promotion of hygiene but also in that, essential, of, food security and means of’. Present in about twenty countries, SI – 2000 teams in total composed of’expatriates, national staffs, permanent staff at headquarters, etc,some volunteers..- intervene with professionalism and commitment in respect of cultures.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Within the Directorate General and under the direct supervision of the Director General of the’association, the/the Chef-fe de Projet has for mission to carry out two major projects for SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL. The « Transformation 2025 » project aims to continue the work of’evolution of the distribution of roles and responsibilities within several headquarters departments and between headquarters and the field over several key professions and processes, with a view to a stronger application of the principle of subsidiarity. The project « Strategy 2026-2030 » consists in preparing the drafting of the future strategic plan of the’association, in close connection with the teams (headquarters and field) and governance.

The/the Project Manager ensures for these two projects a project management role (PMO), the preparation of’s, the development of transversal’s, the formalization of key deliverables (RACI, procedures, etc, transitional documents, etc.). With the ability to take a step back on the existing’, to bring a vision and to propose changes and improvements while anticipating the’ impact of the proposed evolutions, the/the Chef-fe de Projet ensures the good inclusion of the’ all stakeholders in a global approach to change management.

Main responsibilities (non-exhaustive list) :

Coordinate and ensure the smooth running of the Transformation 2O25 project (estimated at 80% of the working time of the/the Project Manager) and the preparation of the Strategic Plan 2026-30 (20%) ;
Draw up an inventory, gather existing procedures and tools, identify sub-worksites, set specific objectives and propose detailed’action plans ;
Identify the key success factors, resource persons, risks associated with the proposed transformations and mitigation measures to be implemented ;
Collect the different opinions and visions of’evolutions proposed, lead collective workshops, conduct internal surveys. Provide a critical and constructive look at the proposals made, demonstrate’ initiative and strategic vision ;
S’ensure of participation and’inclusion of headquarters and field teams. Ensure a role as a focal point for external consultants who work on construction sites ;
Construct and formalize the documents resulting from the construction sites : minutes of meetings, RACI, procedures, methodological guides etc. ;
S’ensure of the proper dissemination of the documents produced and accompany their appropriation ;
S’s ensure compliance with deadlines and ensure the’ reaches the objectives set. To report on the progress of the work to the Management Committee and the various departments impacted.

YOUR PROFILE

You are holder of’a Master 2
You have developed significant field experience in the humanitarian sector, including some in coordination and management positions
You have a first experience at the headquarters of’an international humanitarian organization
You have several successful experiences in project management. The deployment of new operational procedures is no secret for you.
You are recognized for your listening, your curiosity and your strategic thinking.

Skills :

In-depth knowledge of the humanitarian sector and its main issues
Demonstrated skills in project management and change management
Rigor, capacity of’analysis and’organization. Ability to write quickly
Synthetic spirit, ability to highlight key elements for arbitration
Ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent time and deadline management
Ability to train the collective, to convince
Work in multidisciplinary and international teams
Essential mastery of computer tools (office suite). An experience of the deployment of’an information system would be a plus.
Current mastery of French and’anglais (excellent level read, written and spoken).

IF YOU WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

Position based at the headquarters of Solidarity International, in Clichy la Garenne (Mairie de Clichy Metro) with field trips
18-month CDD contract – Framework status
Monthly gross remuneration of : 3,502 € or 3,647 € (Xx level; xx level) depending on the grid in effect at headquarters
Possibility of teleworking: 4 or 12 days of teleworking per month in accordance with the Teleworking Charter in force and the manager.
Leave : 2.0833 CP /month and 1 day RTT / full month of work
Insurance taken care of during possible field trips and 1 day of recovery per weekend spent on mission.
