As part of’a replacement within the Learning and Development (L&D) department we are looking for a Digital Learning Specialist/Digital Learning Specialist.
The L&D department of MSF France has the mission to accompany the land and departments in the construction and deployment of the’ apprenticeship and development offer for their teams.
You are the reference of MSF France on digital’learning.
Mission :
Under the hierarchical responsibility of the LnD Manager, your main responsibilities revolve around the following missions :
As a digital learning advisor :
- Support L&D coordinators and learning project managers in conducting analyses to determine appropriate pedagogical strategies/methodologies, project scoping, deadlines, etc, resource requirements and potential constraints.
- Guide and support L&D coordinators and managers of digital learning projects in the development / integration of digital learning solutions ( including blended learning ).
- Communicate and work in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure the quality and improvement of digital learning.
- Define, produce and communicate recommendations on methodology, guidelines, processes, tools and good practices in digital learning.
- Collaborate with counterparts from other OCs to create synergies in the development of digital solutions for the entire MSF movement.
As a digital learning expert,
- Act as focal point in charge of MSF France digital systems and platforms (Tembo LMS and L&D applications)
- Administer the LMS platform for MSF France
- Manage L&D applications (training software or utilities, excluding LMS)
- Provide training, tailored support and communication on the new features of the LMS and best practices.
- Ensure the functional monitoring of the platform: collection and follow-up of incidents, tickets, user assistance’ for issues related to the use of the platform, compilation of data
- Represent MSF France in the intersection working group : Enhanced Learning Technology (TEL)
- Centralize the’ technical expertise relating to digital training tools at MSF France
- To carry out a monitoring and research on the practices and evolutions of digital learning
As a designer/developer solutions of’digital learning
- Manage digital learning projects
- Creatively use instructional design, learning methodology and appropriate technology to enhance learning and engage learners through digital and blended learning solutions
- Create, develop and maintain engaging digital learning solutions/activities (including, but not limited to, e-learning, micro-learning, webinars, podcasts, self-learning materials, and more, simulations, etc.)
- Develop media and graphic content
- Engage with the various stakeholders of the project (for example, business experts) to ensure the development of the appropriate learning solution.
Profile sought
Training :
- Graduate studies in the field of digital learning or in a related field.
Experiences :
- Proven experience (with specific examples of previous projects or initiatives) in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of digital learning programmes ;
- Experience with digital content management systems (LMS Totara, Moodle, CMS), html, css and JavaScript (programming) and’use of’digital content creation tools ;
- Experience working on simultaneous projects and cross-functional teams ;
- Experience working in the field of humanitarian, health or other NGOs is a plus.
Skills :
- Expert Moodle or Totara ;
- Mastery of the technical skills of his field :
- ’e-Learning Creation Tools (Articulate Storyline, Genially, etc.).
- ’ data exchange formats (XML, CSV) ;
- Standardised publication formats (SCORM) ;
- Training tools of’animation (Opendo, Mural , Klaxoon, etc, etc.).
- Tools of’media editing (video editing, retouching of’image, ..) would be a plus.
- Project management skills ;
- Practice of Web programming languages (Html 5, CSS 3, etc, etc.) would be a plus.
Languages : French (C2) and English (Minimum C1). L’spanish would be a plus.
Status : CDI, full-time. Poste cadre, based in Paris – telecommute possible two days a week.
Travel to Barcelona, possibly on MSF missions.
Conditions :
46,56K€ gross annual over 13 months.
22 Days of RTT per year. Complementary health care 100% supported by Doctors Without Borders. Titles restaurants d’a face value of 11€ (60% support by Doctors Without Borders). Support for 50% of the public transport ticket.
