Location : International Solidarity Headquarters in Clichy, with the possibility of teleworking from 4 to 12 days per month.
SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an association of’international humanitarian aid which, for more than 40 years, has been
assistance to populations affected by armed conflict and natural disasters by meeting vital needs, drinking, eating, sheltering. Particularly engaged in the fight against diseases related to unhealthy’, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions an expertise in the field of’access to drinking’water,’sanitation and the promotion of hygiene but also in that, essential, food security and means of’. Present in about twenty countries, SI – 2000 teams in total composed of’expatriates, national staffs, permanent staff at headquarters, some volunteers…intervene with professionalism and commitment in respect of cultures.

Position environment :
The Directorate of Accountability and Development of Partnerships (RDP) is a department of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL whose primary mission is to ensure a high level of transparency and accountability, and, towards our external partners, in the implementation of our humanitarian activities and the development of our private and public partnerships.
This purpose is served by the’integration of’a wide range of’expertises and responsibilities at the department level :
Management of the implementation partnership cycle with the various operational partners of SI
Management of the humanitarian project grant cycle with the various public donors of the organization
Management and development of global partnership relations with public donors
Management and development of global partnership relations with private actors ( Companies / Foundations … )
Management of external financial and organizational audits carried out by SI partners
Main functions of the position :
Active participation, in conjunction with the External Audit Manager, in the anticipation, planning and monitoring of financial and organizational audits conducted by funders of the’organization
Participation in the global management (Full cycle) of financial and organizational’audits carried out by donors taking place at the Headquarters of Solidarities International
Technical and operational support to missions in the management of financial and organizational’audits carried out by donors taking place at the level of a mission of Solidarities International
Position of the position in the’organigramme (hierarchical and functional relationships) :
The position is under the hierarchical responsibility of the/my External Audit Manager who is attached to the Director of the RDP.
The position is in strong collaboration with the’ set of members of the RDP
The position is linked to all headquarters departments (including Finance, HR and logistics departments) and operational teams in the field.
YOUR PROFILE
Humanitarian field experience confirmed on the trades « support » (finance and/or logistics)
Desired experience(s) with external financial and organizational audits.
Desired experience(s) with internal and compliance audits.
Mastery of the office pack, very good Excel mastery.
Perfect mastery of English both at the’oral and’ at the written.
Teamwork ability, pedagogue, conscientious(se) and practical common sense.
One more :
Advanced training in accounting, financial management or audit.
Knowledge of the rules of’audit, of’analysis of risks and maps of risks
Previous experience within the’association would be a plus
Knowledge of the guidelines of certain recurring donors (ECHO, FCDO, AFD, DG INTPA, BHA, United Nations Agency…).
Knowledge of the Spanish language
IF YOU WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
Position based at the headquarters of Solidarity International, in Clichy la Garenne (Mairie de Clichy Metro) with field trips
CDD contract 6 months-Frame Status
Monthly gross remuneration of : 2,865 € or 2,985 € depending on the grid in force at headquarters
Possibility of teleworking: 4 or 12 days of Teleworking per month
Leave : 2.0833 CP /month and 1 day RTT / full month of work
Mutual (80 %), restaurant tickets (60%), transport tickets (50%) supported by the’association
