The EHPAD of the French Red Cross « Les Marronniers de Rouillac » is a private voluntary establishment with 47 permanent and temporary accommodation places, welcoming elderly people who are losing their autonomy. It is located in the village center of Rouillac near downtown shops.
With a workforce of 32 employees, a multi-disciplinary team ( caregivers, administrative and technical staff ) provides accommodation, support and care for those received.
The establishment maintains numerous partnerships with the actors of the territory and has the will to make EHPAD a real place of life.
EHPAD Les Marronniers also carries an experimental home support system for people living near EHPAD.
Human-sized structure, the values of humanism and a culture of happiness inspire the daily support of vulnerable people as much as labor relations.
A reconstruction project for a new establishment is underway and is scheduled to take place in 2026 in the immediate vicinity of the current site, in the municipality of Rouillac

Mail processing
Personnel and Pay Administration Management :
Establish and monitor contracts, DPAEs
Monitor trial periods, absences, hires, departures, sick leave, etc.
Collect variable payroll items, collect and transmit items allowing for the establishment of account balances
Monitor medical visits and recommendations in occupational medicine ( inaptitudes, restrictions, job arrangements … )
Declare work accidents
Monitor residence permits
Update the personnel register
List the dashboards for the HR function
Update of mandatory displays and control
Recruitment :
Writing in connection with N + 1 of the announcements and dissemination in accordance with the French Red Cross process Perform a pre-selection and propose candidacies
Plan the recruitment interviews for candidates linked to the Management and IDECs and possibly attend.
Writing of maintenance reports if participation in maintenance
Participate in the preparation of a remuneration proposal in compliance with conventional provisions
Management of the skills development plan ( PDC ) :
Provide 1st level information to employees on the various existing training systems.
Collect training requests and develop the PDC budget.
Participate in optimizing the use of training funds in connection with the Employment Officer in the sector.
Ensure the implementation of training and contractualization with training organizations.
Enter requests for care and reimbursement linked to OPCO Health on the Webservice
Ensure administrative, logistical and financial monitoring of the plan and its budget
Legal :
Participate in the development of a 1st level legal response
Participate in the preparation and monitoring of disciplinary files
HR development:
Ensure a watch on the conformity of the post sheets for all employees, alert the N + 1 and participate in the updates
Participate in the monthly HR committees of the territory.
Participate in the integration process and guarantee its realization
Internal mobility: Accompany the employee’s mobility journey in connection with the RH Territorial Referent and the Director
Social dialogue :
Monitoring and consolidation of delegation hours
Participate and ensure the smooth running of professional elections
Health, safety at work / Quality of work :
Participate in the development and updating of the single document and possibly its action plan
Know and inform about existing support systems
Alert and monitor risk situations
Participate in prevention actions

Practical information related to the position
Full time – 35h Monday to Friday
Minimum holder of a Bac + 2 in Human Resources, with a minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position in the medico-social sector,
Rigorous ( se ) and organized ( e ) you have solid knowledge in administrative management of human resources and labor law. Capable of managing priorities, you know how to show initiative and discretion in your professional activity.
With listening skills and ability to work in a team, you are sensitive to associative activity and have a keen sense of service and reception.
You appreciate the administrative and master the IT tools ( pack office, Gmail, GTA tool … )
