Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, SA, SME, MP, a subsidiary of GRUPO TRAGSA, specialized in engineering, consulting and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry and environmental matters, seeks to incorporate 1 Technical specialist in Drinking Water, Sanitation and Purification cooperation projects for the Water and Sanitation Cooperation Fund (FCAS) project in Madrid with long-term travel to Honduras.

Functions and Tasks
- Technical, financial and administrative control of the project so that it is executed on time and appropriate measures are taken to correct deviations
- Control purchasing procedures and resolve contract issues
- Monitoring and supervision of water and sanitation projects to ensure their implementation and sustainability
- Strengthen the comprehensive management of water resources and build capacity
- Monitoring and control of project execution teams to meet agreed results
Specific Requirements

- Official training certificate or proof of payment for the application for the certificate or academic certificate of completed studies (including the Final Project).
- Employment history and/or employment contract that allows verification and accreditation of the required experience.

Qualification
- Possess a degree in Engineering, Technical Engineering, Degree, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Degree + Official Master’s Degree in one of the following branches: Aeronautics and Agricultural Engineering, Architecture, Roads, Canals and Ports, Geological Engineering, Industrial, Mining, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, Building, Chemistry or Technical Architecture (Degree approved in Spain).
Languages
- English, Minimum Level B1 (the level will be verified during the Selection process).
Previous Experience
- At least 1 year of work experience in design and planning of cooperation projects, regulation of subsidies in the field of development cooperation
- At least 1 year of work experience in project monitoring and/or coordination
Other Essential Requirements
- Availability for long-term trips to Honduras

Previous Experience
- From 2 years Up to 5 years of experience in designing and planning cooperation projects, regulating subsidies in the field of development cooperation (work experience)
- From 2 years Up to 5 years performing functions as a specialist in design, review and evaluation of interventions in the Water and Sanitation sector, focused on drinking water, sanitation and wastewater treatment systems
- From 1 year Up to 5 years of experience in project monitoring and/or coordination (work experience)
Observations
- Offered:
– Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 9 months with the possibility of extension up to 21 months in total, if applicable, the type and final duration of which will depend on the cause according to the modalities included in current labor legislation.- Full time.The application period will be open from today 06/09/2024 until 13/09/2025 at 23:59 h.The contract will be formalized based on the highest accredited and approved official qualification provided by the selected person, of those indicated in the offer.In order to participate in this selection process, it will be necessary to attach as an annex to the application, or during the course of the selection process, the documentation proving compliance with the academic training requirements detailed in the offer.
