Italians broke out in song under lockdown to feel a little less alone. The government instituted a nationwide lockdown on Tuesday, in an attempt to stop the spread of coronavirus
In an apparent attempt to cope with the cabin fever created by the coronavirus shutdown imposed by the government, Fox News reports Italians broke out in song across the country.
“Cavuto Live” showed Italians standing on balconies while singing out windows. Fox News correspondent Amy Kellogg confirmed that people across the nation were also opening their windows on the frontlines of the pandemic to celebrate physicians, nurses and others.
Health care was “stretched to the limit,” said Kellogg, when medical workers became sick and infected their loved ones.
