Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe Office in Bogotá (DKH), Colombia seeks auditors for the institutional audit of the 2024, 2025 and 2026 financial years.
Tasks :
- Verify that the annual Financial Statements of the operational project offer a true image of the assets, financial situation and results of the audited project.
- To form an opinion, they must examine and report on the following questions:
- If the project promoter has kept adequate accounting records.
- If the donor’s financial reports match the accounting and financial documents.
- If the DKH funds have been used according to the purpose for which they were allocated.
- If the auditors have obtained all the information and explanations that they consider necessary to carry out their audit.
Requirements at the end of the task:
- Audit report, including a declaration of conformity regarding the allocation of DKH funds.
- Audited financial report (s) of the project (s) considered.
(Balance, income and expense account of institutional donors, if relevant in the context of the project).
(Income and expense account / treasury statement of the project, including opening and closing balances of allocated funds and a report on comparisons / deviations from the approved budget) - Management letter including comments on the implementation of the recommendations of the previous year and new recommendations.
- Accounting information (if relevant in the context of the project).
- Source / source income list.
- Currency transactions (including review of currency transactions).
- A list of all national and foreign bank accounts.
- A list and explanation of the credit titles, their amount, purpose and date.
- A list and explanation of the debts, their amount, purpose and date, including the balance of the funds allocated according to their origin / destination.
- Where appropriate, a statement on assets, in particular proof of new acquisitions and compliance with DKH authorization rules (eg buildings, vehicles).
- Staff rights to severance pay and retirement pensions.
Documents necessary for the request:
- Act of constitution of the firm.
- Tax identification number, updated RUT.
- Tax proof valid for the current year.
- Proof of registration in the association of Public Accountants.
- Proof of appointment as a certified public auditor of the planned auditors.
- Proof of other relevant national and international memberships.
- Technical offer that includes evidence of relevant experience in the field of humanitarian aid to the tenderer and audit staff.
- Financial offer in COP, USD or Euro.
