Your position and responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Production Department Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the IT support team of 5 people.
Your missions:
- Provide user support
- Identify, analyze and resolve computer incidents
- Also provide training and support to new employees
- Manage the IT park
- Manage stock
- Plan deployments and renewals
- Ensure the installation and configuration of new equipment
- Ensure maintenance
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all equipment (computers, printers, etc.).
- Participate in IT projects
- Actively participate in the deployment of new tools and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
- Ensure Management
- Supervise and train a team of 4 people: a Support Officer and three IT assistants on a work-study basis

Your profile
With a degree in computer science, you have solid experience in IT administration and user support. You are comfortable installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and office tools.
This position involves a high degree of technical expertise, with access to workstation management interfaces (SCCM), users (Office365, Active Directory), videoconferencing rooms (Poly, Barco) and security (Bitdefender).
You ideally have initial experience in team management and have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a strong taste for teamwork. You are recognized for your qualities of rigor, synthesis and listening.
You are service-oriented, proactive, organized and you know how to manage priorities effectively.
Working in an international environment, you are comfortable in English, both spoken and written.
Your conditions of employment
- Status: Integrated Framework – Permanent Contract – Full Time
- Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
- Remuneration:
- From 41K to 47K€ gross annual salary over 13 months depending on experience
- Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters (For permanent positions)
- Benefits:
- 25 days per year of CP and 21 days of RTT
- Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
