Doctors Without Borders, an international humanitarian medical association created in 1971, provides medical assistance to populations whose lives are threatened : mainly in the event of armed conflicts, but also epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters or exclusion from care. The French section is present in about thirty countries.

As part of’a replacement, we are looking for a· Responsible Recruitment;

Mission

Within the Recruitment department of the human resources department and under the responsibility of the Service Manager, you have the mission of :

  • Participate in the definition of the recruitment strategy and set up the means of awareness for paramedical profiles, according to operational needs and criteria defined by MSF France.
  • Ensure the recruitment of candidates (land or headquarters), regardless of their profile.
  • Conduct an in-depth analysis of procedures and methodologies in relation to operational needs.

Main responsibilities :

  • Adaptation of procedures and methodologies : In view of MSF’s operational field needs, you analyse the methodology and procedures and propose adaptations necessary for the’ evolution of field activity.
  • Awareness raising : In close collaboration with pool managers and technical referents, you define and implement awareness in France and beyond, for paramedical profiles.
  • Collaboration with different departments : You are in regular contact with pool managers and technical referents of paramedical profiles in order to better know the field needs and to adapt the recruitment strategy if necessary.
  • Recruitment : You manage the applications assigned to you (land and headquarters) and you are the/the guarantor of the’ application of recruitment procedures, in France and abroad.
  • Formation : You intervene in some MSF France training courses and lead’information meetings.
  • Involvement in the HR department and recruitment department : You feed the quantitative and qualitative statistical data of the’activity, and actively participate in the weekly meetings of the service. You are reactive to any situation that may cause a change in your activity, including an emergency replacement’ on the field.
  • Involvement within· antenna: you are the privileged contact of the regional offices in charge of recruitment and you regularly travel to the scene to carry out recruitment interviews, etc, lead’information meetings and participate in’antenna meetings.
  • Involvement in the various transversal projects carried out by the service.
