(BREAKING WIDE) – Grave Fallout of Iran Top Nuclear Scientist Assassination.

The assassination of the Iran top nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh is taking a turn for the worst as Iran’s leadership is now talking about “definitive punishment” for those behind the killing of their top nuclear scientist as Israel is widely believed to be behind the attack.

Appearing on Fox News Ryan Chilcote says “Israel has yet to comment on Iran’s allegations and quite frankly, even if they were behind this attack. I’m not sure they would say something but Mossad certainly doesn’t Always do that.”

“What we do know for sure is that Iran is saying that Israel did this and this certainly bears the hallmarks of a very carefully planned military style ambush, Iranian State media said the bomb went off as the scientist convoy was traveling down a highway. And when the convoy is stopped at least five gunmen popped up and open fire on the car,” Ryan said.

Israel has been long suspected of employing these kinds of assassinations including an attack on another Iranian scientist almost exactly one decade ago.

Just before his funeral Ayatollah Ali Khamenei referred to Mohsen as “a prominent and distinguish nuclear and defensive scientists.” Meanwhile analysts have compared him to Robert Oppenheimer the scientist who led the Manhattan Project and created the atom bomb during the World War II.

In any case the Iranians are saying the scientist’s death won’t slow their nuclear program, which they maintain is for civilian purposes. Iran resume that program when the Trump Administration pulled out of the Iranian nuclear deal, now some analysts are saying this attack will renew tensions between the United States and Iran.

Congresswoman Ilhan Omar checkmates John Brennan’s speculations. Brennan in a tweet writes “I do not know whether a foreign government authorized or carried out the the murder of Fakhrizadeh. Such an act of state-sponsored terrorism would be a flagrant violation of international law & encourage more governments to carry out lethal attacks against foreign officials.”

Ilhan Omar cools him off by saying “speaking out against violations of international law isn’t partisan issue, it’s also not being on the side of Iran. It’s about balance and not plunging the world into more chaotic state than we are already in.”
