Terms of Reference

1. General Background UNHCR is almost entirely funded by voluntary contributions from governments and private donors. Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) Mexico is a priority market for PSP Americas, with the remit to increase awareness of UNHCR and raise funds from the private sector (individuals, corporates, foundations) in the country. The individual giving acquisition strategy has grown in the last years and it is expected to continue with this trend. In this context, PSP Mexico is looking to recruit a person that will ensure Face to Face program administrative and operational support.

2. Purpose and Scope of Assignment \u2022 Support F2F related administrative work \u2022 Work with vendors to design and produce pitching and marketing materials \u2022 Visibility material control. \u2022 Process all needed street and private sites permits and activations, inform and follow up with contacts. \u2022 Field supervision \u2022 Perform Monthly KPI evaluations \u2022 Be up to date with UNHCR news, statistics, and strategies \u2022 Prepare reports, controls, and analysis \u2022 Attend fundraising activities, when needed \u2022 Respond to incidents in minimum time \u2022 Assist to make sure area objectives are met \u2022 Contribute actively to program’s development efforts \u2022 Help in UNHCR processes when needed 3. Monitoring \u2022 Direct report to Sr. PSP Individual Giving Associate Face to Face \u2022 Weekly report update \u2022 Monthly KPIs report \u2022 Annual KPIs report \u2022 Meeting’s attendance \u2022 Meet program’s KPIs Page 2 of 2 \u2022 Work accordingly to UNHCR values 4. Qualifications and Experience Experience: \u2022 Desirable 1 year of Senior Face to Face experience. \u2022 Knowledge of Ms Office, specifically: Word, Excel and Power Point. Education: \u2022 High School education completed \u2022 Desirable bachelor’s degree in business, Science, Arts or related studies.
