We are currently seeking Enumerators/Data Collectors and Field Supervisors to support upcoming data collection activities in various locations across Libya, including but not limited to Tripoli, Benghazi, Misrata, Sabha, and Al Kufrah.
📌 Role Overview
🔹 Conduct structured household surveys, key informant interviews (KIIs), and focus group discussions (FGDs) based on the project methodology.
🔹 Ensure accurate, ethical, and high-quality data entry using mobile data collection tools.
🔹 Coordinate with STOOS team leads to ensure alignment with the fieldwork schedule.
🔹 Adhere to confidentiality, safeguarding, and informed consent protocols at all times.
✅ Required Qualifications and Skills
✔️ Demonstrated experience in data collection or field-based research, preferably for NGOs or research firms in Libya.
✔️ Knowledge of data collection platforms such as KoboToolbox, ODK, or CommCare.
✔️ Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in diverse communities.
✔️ Fluent Arabic speaker; English is an asset.
✔️ Ability to travel locally and work with minimal supervision.
✔️ Understanding of the socio-political and cultural context of Libya is highly preferred.

🔹 Coordinate with team leaders to ensure implementation of the project schedule.
🔹 Respect ethical standards and participant confidentiality and obtain their informed consent.
✅ Required qualifications
✔️ Experience in data collection or field research , particularly within humanitarian or development projects.
✔️ Familiarity with data collection platforms such as KoboToolbox, ODK, or CommCare .
✔️ Good communication skills and ability to engage with local communities.
✔️ Fluency in Arabic; knowledge of English is a plus.
✔️ Ability to navigate and work independently.
✔️ Understanding of the social, political, and cultural context in Libya is a major advantage.
