On 24 February 2022, Russia launched a full-scale military operation in Ukraine, with areal, ground and sea incursions leading to multiple active fronts of conflict throughout the country.
As of 25 July, 548,030 people have entered Moldova from Ukraine of which 86,880 refugees have remained in the Republic of Moldova.
Today, the situation in Moldova has stabilized and HI’s presence there is no longer necessary. The program will therefore close at the end of the year. To accompany this closure, we are urgently seeking an Administrator for a 3-month contract.
Your mission:
- Ensures the mission’s accountancy and cash flow management:
- Carry out the management of budget and donor funding contracts:
- Ensure smooth running of mission’s logistics:
- Guarantee international and national personnel administration at mission level:
- Manage support services team.
Your profile:
- You hold a degree in relevant field,
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the following sectors: Logistics, Finance and HR and in coordination position,
- You have a strong level of autonomy and initiative,
- You are in possession of a Schengen visa (as the mission is short, it is not possible to wait for this visa to be obtained).
- You are available immediately.

- Unemployment insurance benefits for EU nationals
- Pension scheme adapted to the situation of our employees: If you already have a personal pension scheme HI will contribute at the same level of your personal monthly contribution with a maximum of 272.53€/month ; If you do not have a personal pension scheme, we will open a private pension account with your contribution of 272.53€/month and a contribution of HI of the same amount
- Medical coverage with 50% of employee contribution
- Repatriation insurance paid by HI
- Salary from 2500€ gross/month upon experience
- Perdiem: 564,74€ net/month – paid in the field,
- Paid leaves: 25 days per year,
- R&R: 1 day per month,
- Position: unaccompanied,
- Housing: Collective – taken in charge by HI.
