Assignment :

Within a dynamic, supportive and welcoming team, and under the supervision of the Headquarters Accounting Department Manager, your main mission will be to implement the legal accounting processes and ACF procedures defined on the cycles under direct responsibility, and occasionally on others.
More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Ensure compliance with procedures, completeness of information and required validations.
Record and classify accounting documents.
Prepare settlement proposals after analysis of individual accounts and supporting documents, respecting deadlines, and communicate them to the Headquarters Accounting Manager.
Ensure cycle management within its scope: regular analysis, half-yearly review, justification to CACs and auditors.
Contribute to the smooth running of the department, by optimizing our tools and procedures and supporting other activities.
Support the team on tasks, depending on the needs of the department and the degree of autonomy: recording of purchase invoices, production of sales invoices, recording of expense reports, etc.

Profile:

With a background in finance/accounting (minimum Bac +2),
you have at least two years of professional experience in an accounting position.
Experience in an association environment would be a plus.
Experience in the social cycle or in an accounting firm will be appreciated.
You are proficient in using a Finance ERP and are comfortable with Excel formulas.
With good communication skills and a strong team spirit, you are recognized for your rigor, your analytical and synthesis skills.
You are a good teacher and have a sense of confidentiality.
You are able to read and understand English.

Conditions of employment

Status: Integrated framework – CDI – Full time
Location: Ile-de-France

Remuneration: From 37K to 44K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at the headquarters
Benefits: 21 days of RTT

Transport allowances: 50% covered by the package between home and the workplace

A mandatory presence at the headquarters of 4 days per month has been defined for this position.
Collective face-to-face times imposed / also mandatory by the employer: for collective meetings and events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence when you join the team
