Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights world hunger. YOUR POST AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The coordinator will be in charge of supporting the country director in identifying internal risks as well as with partners, and investigating complaints / concerns. Under the responsibility of the country director, the missions will be as follows:
– Identification and recovery of risks internally,
– Awareness and dissemination of risk register procedures to colleagues coordinating to make the risk register operational,
– Identification, recovery and risk management concerning the implementing partners,
– Support to the Country Director to manage fraud investigations, and support for other mission investigations,
– Management of internal audits and ad hoc interdepartmental control,
– Coordination with the various departments for the internal audit exercise,
– Global management of the compliance function throughout the mission,
YOUR PROFILE
From Bac + 4/5 training in finance, you have a desired experience in an administrator / finance position,
You have knowledge of donor rules,
You have proven experience in finance, logistics or human resources,
An experience in carrying out audits / control system is a plus,
You have an ability and an ease to work in a volatile context with strong security pressures, as well as in a context with a presence of corruption while knowing how to remedy it.
You speak French fluently, a good level of English is a plus,
YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
– 12 months of fixed-term contract used under French law
– Gross monthly entry salary from 2597 to 2968 EUR depending on experience
– Per diem and monthly living expenses: 715EUR ( cf eurocost ) net, paid in the field.
– Monthly context allocation: 300EUR
– Child allowance: EUR 1,500 per year per child present in the country of origin ( ceiling of EUR 6,000 / year )
– 16% of the gross monthly retirement insurance reimbursement salary for non-French citizens.
– Transport and housing: Travel management and collective housing
– Medical coverage: 100% of the coverage of health contributions ( CFE + complementary health ) and repatriation insurance
– Leave and RnR: 25 days a year, 20 RTT per year and 215EUR paid during the recovery period
